On This Date in Minnesota History: April 14

April 14, 1886 “The deadliest tornado in Minnesota history hits St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids, killing 72 people and injuring 213. Among the dead [were] 11 members of a wedding party, including the bride and groom.”
