August 8, 2009 – “Continental Express Flight 2816, en route with 47 passengers to Minneapolis from Houston, was stranded overnight at Rochester, Minn., after being forced to land due to storms. On Nov. 24 the Dept. of Transportation levied $175,000 in fines against Continental, ExpressJet and Mesaba Airlines for keeping the plane on the tarmac.”
