On This Date in Minnesota History: November 4

November 4, 1972 - Filmed in Duluth, mostly in the Congdon Mansion (before the murder of Elizabeth Congdon in 1977), “You’ll Like My Mother” held its Duluth premiere in the NorShor Theater on this date. The movie starred Patty Duke and Richard Thomas.
